Support & wellbeing
We support wellbeing and resilience at work
The wellbeing and resilience of everyone working across North Kent is vital to our ability to deliver excellent patient care for those in our communities. Our mentorship, clinical supervision and mindfulness programmes are designed to support your wellbeing and development.

Peer Mentoring Programme
The Peer Mentoring programme links a Mentor to provide guidance and support to a Mentee, with a focus on the individual’s specific needs e.g. professional development, career goals or work-life balance. The aim is to encourage autonomy and self-development to help build and maintain the Mentee’s own resilience and wellbeing.

Return to nursing
Are you, or someone you know, thinking about returning to nursing? Or do you have you have a lapsed nursing qualification but aren’t sure that you can fit a return to practice course alongside your family commitments? Why not consider working in general practice? There are a range of funded courses across Kent and Medway to suit you, and we can help arrange placements in general practice, so you can get up to speed with any new information or changes since you left.

Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision provides a safe and confidential environment for staff to reflect on and discuss their work and their personal and professional responses to their work.
