Suitable for Supervisors or Junior Managers
This two day course will enable managers who require new skills to manage others more effectively, it will help those with no formal training. The course will give delegates the basic skills required to lead staff with confidence.
This is a course delivered virtually to delegates who must have access to a working email address and a desktop PC, Pad Device or Smart phone, with audio/microphone capability and ideally (but not essential) video/camera capability.

Identify the different styles of leadership and when to use each style.

Use recognition as a tool to motivate staff.
