• Training / Competency Framework

• Career progression & pathway

• Quality & safety

• Supervision & support

• Multidisciplinary Team Working

• Provide a forum for shared learning & problem solving

• Enable an open space for discussion on issues faced by the Primary Care MD Workforce

• Sharing of practical considerations of implementation

The session will be facilitated jointly by the NHSE Primary Care Transformation team and HEE colleagues.

The session will be open to those with an interest in supporting GPAs in Primary Care. Delegates could include PCN Clinical Directors; LMC; Training Hubs; area leads; employers, Commissioners and HEE.
