Business administrators have a highly transferable set of knowledge, skills and behaviours that can be applied in all sectors.
Knowledge – Understands organisation purpose, structure, has a practical knowledge of managing stakeholders and understands the laws and regulations that apply to their role
IT – Multiple IT skills, records and documents production, decision making, interpersonal skills, excellent communication, completes tasks to high quality, organisation and planning skill and has project management principle.
Behaviour – Is professional, has personal qualities, adaptable, responsible and manages performance
Qualifications:
Where a business administrator has not already achieved Level 2 English and Maths, they must do so before taking the end-point assessment.
Career progression:
The administration role may be a gateway to further career opportunities, such as management or senior support roles.
Duration: Typically 12 – 18 months
