The Vine Medical Centre are looking to recruit to the post of Nursing Associate, to work within the Vine Medical Centre/ Primary Care Network multidisciplinary healthcare team.
A Nursing Associate is a new support role that bridges the gap between healthcare assistants and registered nurses to deliver hands-on, person-centred care as part of the nursing team.
This role includes blood tests, blood pressure checks, smoking cessation, dressings, removal of sutures, ECGs, and Covid Clinics.
You will work with a diverse range of people from different cultural and social backgrounds. The ability to work confidently and effectively in a varied and sometimes challenging environment is essential.
You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be organised, patient and empathetic. They will have experience of working in health, social care or other support roles including direct contact with people, families or carers.
The position is a full time post of 37.5 hours per week and salary will be depending on experience.
