This month is Dry January. This means going alcohol-free for the whole month, this can bring huge benefits both physically, mentally and socially.


Not sure where to start? Thinking about cutting down? Here are some useful tips:


  • Drink and think in units

  • Pace yourself

  • Keep a drinking diary

  • Try low alcohol and alcohol free drinks

  • It's fine to say no!

  • Have a few days off each week

  • Eat before and while you drink

  • Ask for help if you need it
