Funding has been allocated for accredited modules for those working at or towards enhanced or advanced level to develop them along these pathways.

Long-term conditions for those working at or towards an Enhanced level Wozzad Online Course Application for University of Greenwich (applycpd.com)
Community rehab long term conditions and healthy aging (see attached) for those working at an advanced level. Whilst the university of Winchester is not a local university they are recognised by the Centre for Advancing Practice as having a community ACP pathway for the southeast.
