Trainee Nursing Associate Thursday Sessions

A series of focused sessions aimed at supporting employers about the Trainee Nursing Associate and Nursing Associate role.

TNA focused sessions will start from the 16th June to support the preparation and successful recruitment of a Trainee Nursing Associate. All employers are welcome to attend.

Upcoming sessions & themes:

• 16th June – ‘Preparing your member of staff’ - meet ‘Reflect Learning’ to support with workforce strategy, career conversations and supporting with interview skills.

• 23rd June – Functional Skills and TNA Funding

• 30th June – Employer support and placements

• 7th July Application and recruitment process

Sessions take place EVERY Thursday from 4-5 pm.
