We have captured feedback from many passionate HCA’s over the past few years, that wish to become a Registered Nurse but do not have the Level 3 entry criteria required, nor the Maths and English at Level 2.
In partnership with EKHUFT the Training Hub have now filled this void by offering this Level 3 Adult Nursing Apprenticeship pathway and also hosting a suite of Functional Skills qualifications all of which enable our HCA’s to progress to the Registered Nurse Apprenticeship. (Our Future Nursing Workforce).
EKHUFT will be hosting 3 more sessions to gather further excitement and interest around this training opportunity. (MS Teams links below)
The Training Hub are acutely aware that some of your staff may not have returned their interest due to varying factors and time pressures, however it is important that we continue to develop our staff where possible and offer them the opportunities to grow their careers should they wish too.
This also enables us to support you with retention of your staff and ensure you have the workforce of the future that meets your service and patient needs.
The Training Hub are now asking for your support to share the below with your teams as widely as you can please, in the hope that we will gather more interest, and support more HCA’s to achieve their Nursing aspirations.
