This training has been funded by Health Education England (non-recurrent funding) and the dates of these trainings start in March 2023.
The training can support in the upskilling of your staff in relation to the Mental Capacity Act in practice, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguarding, making best practice decisions etc.
Medway Workforce team will be co-ordinating the training on behalf of NHS Kent and Medway ICB for health, education, and social care professionals. Please can you to nominate key members of staff to attend one, couple or all the training days, which ever suits your services.
All participants will be expected to share their learning with their colleagues and also complete a survey monkey evaluation around 6 months after the training regarding the impact of the training has on their day to day working and how they feel it has impacted on the quality CYP’s experience.
