We have secured an exciting opportunity for 25 x General Practice Nurses / Nurse Associates to take part in this nationally led programme across Kent and Medway.
This programme can help retain this crucial workforce within practices and PCNs through developing skills, wellbeing and resilience to drive positive changes in their patients, their colleagues and their system.
To find out more - please see below for details of an initial engagement event on 14th December.
We would like to invite you to participate in the CARE programme.
As set out in the NHS Long Term Plan, local NHS organisations will increasingly focus on population health and local partnerships with local authority-funded services, through Integrated Care Systems. The CARE programme will enable you to connect with like-minded people to develop and effect health changes locally.
This is an excellent opportunity for networking across primary care roles and gaining insight into the local system and future of Kent & Medway ICS.
The CARE programme is delivered by the National Association of Primary CARE (NAPC), consisting of 8 x 2-hour sessions run across consecutive weeks, with a focus on both population health management, and wellbeing and resilience.
If the CARE programme is of interest to you, please join us on Tuesday 14 December from 12:30 – 13:30 to find out more at the CARE Engagement Event.
