Free access to TeamNet to support your COVID-19 vaccination programme

TeamNet is offering all PCNs nationwide with a dedicated portal to manage, coordinate, and deliver the COVID-19 vaccine programme, and minimise administrative time and effort. This will be provided at no cost for the duration of the mass COVID vaccination campaign, and no commitment to a further TeamNet subscription is required.

Our team has worked hard to rapidly develop this new functionality, with the key objective of supporting the NHS with the successful delivery the COVID-19 vaccination programme.

The main benefits are:

  • Ease of accessing and logging project information through a single secure platform.

  • Rota management - view your vaccination teams’ availability and schedule accordingly without complicated spreadsheets.

  • Sharing and targeting information, for example, the ability to share project communications directly with member practices.

What’s new in TeamNet and how can TeamNet help with the COVID-19 vaccine rollout?

  • All PCNs can now access a newly configured, dedicated portal to manage the delivery and resourcing of the COVID-19 vaccination programme, completely free of charge.

  • Within the portal, PCNs have access to the new rota module, which allows the sharing of staff and rooms between member practices. The module can also be used to assign staff to specific venues and rooms. The TeamNet sharing model also handles staff and room availability from member practices, helping you efficiently manage workforce planning in your locality.

  • You can also use this portal as a separate workspace for you to manage all compliance-related information, for example, fridge monitoring, and centralise all documentation and announcements.
