The Florence Nightingale Foundation along with Health Education England (South East) are pleased to offer a leadership programme to aspiring nursing/midwifery directors working in the NHS in the South East of England.
The purpose of this opportunity is to provide nurses/midwives an individualised development programme and facilitated learning space to support them in their preparation for more senior roles. The core programme provided by FNF will be underpinned by consideration of contemporary principles informed by a systems approach to leadership, taking into consideration the wider political context.
This will be complimented by a local systems-based programme of development and support to apply and contextualise the learning. The overarching aim is to build the pipeline of senior leaders within the region with local system knowledge.
